Low speed from Airtel than promised

I have subscribed for 24 Mbps plan from Airtel but often I get lower speed like 5-6 Mbps. After multiple complain also the problem repeats. Their call center gives false promise but issue is not address on time. However they never forget to charge me for 24 Mbps even if they do not provide that speed. Latest complaint no 65976942
