Cheated by internet service provider and their unprofessional behavior

It has been almost six months struggling with the Tata Teleservices Limited staff. In the month of July,2016 I asked to disconnect my internet services on TataDocomo Dongle which was having base amount of Rs. 455. I have chased them many times through mails and phone as well but every time I used to hear that they will look into it and then no response from them. I keep on getting mails additional amount added to the base amount and to pay it. Every time when I receive calls from their staff the case discussed many times. They asked me to speak to random executives but they just listened this case as if I am narrating a story to them. Till now I have not received a single reply to the mails which I have sent to them enquiring for the matter.
This came to a halt after sometime. But December,10th I received a legal notice from them where they have put countless allegations on me.
When I replied to the same mail, to that mail also they didn't bother to reply me. It is the heights of unprofessionalism and torturing the customer to this level just for amount Rs.1062.
When I had asked to provide me the detailed bill explaining how and where extra amount added to base amount, they even failed to provide that. It seems they have all their time to send legal notice but not to reply customer's queries.
Anyways, I have paid the amount today but I want to claim and put charges against them for the trauma I have been through. This will be a lesson for them to improvise their customer services so that people like us won't get fooled by them.
