I purchased one Reliance Dongle from Nasik, Maharashtra few years back. The Sales representative given assurance that it can be used anywhere in India. But in 2015; I shifted to Bangalore. I purchased it as a back-up; since I am having one more available with me. Once I noticed during one urgent situation that it was not working. Requested the provider for support. No reply I received. Later the company upgraded to 3g and I was willing to take it. As per the assurance I received from the sales executive; I approached local dealer for support. He was not able to upgrade it and also shared a shocking information that the service is inactive; whereas I was doing the regular payment. Then we approached the nearby distributor for support. The Sales Manager; Mr. Saran (RT Nagar, Bangalore)told me that ; "I herewith informing you that the subjected Connection is deactivated 6 Months back."
He also advised to ignore the communications coming via email & sms. Now I started getting warning mails from Mr. Irfan (reli.zen.enterprises@gmail.com) demanding for payment of 530 INR or will go for legal action. There was one contact number mentioned; which will get connected rarely. I tried to contact them via telecom to solve the same; but not getting connected.
I herewith enlisting the mail details requesting support to me from none I got any support. Please note that the mail addresses are mentioned in the service providers site for customercare.

Now they started torturing mentally by sms & eMail; due to which I am not able to perform my duties professionally and personally due to the same.
Humble request you to look into the same for a proper support as an ordinary Indian
