Tikona-Faulty Adapter and wrong installation

Its been 3-4 weeeks that I installed Tikona Broadband.

3 Issues I would like to raise

1. They have provided a faulty adapter which doesn't work for which I have to borrow my neighbours similar adapter to use the internet

2. The installation is done in a pathetic manner at a wrong place. Through the window due to which the window remains open 24 hours

3. They never answer the phone

I called and mailed tikona several times but in vain. Today they provided me with Mr. Kishor's no which I already had.

Tikona customer diverts me to mr. Kishor and Mr. Kishor diverts me to Mr. Bharat and no one does the job.
