Not Solving internet speed issues by Vasai Cable Pvt. Ltd compnay,

I am customer of Vasai Cable Pvt. Ltd.
i am facing speed issues as well as download problem for which i have called my isp more than 100 times the network engineer comes solves it temorarily and goes the next day the same thing my isp provides google caching means i should get full sped on google sites like youtube and other but i i do not get any speed even i am not able to download morzilla firefox.
instead of helping me they told me to remove apps that i use, and i did that even after that my issue was not solved.
