Very worst and poor service from Reliance 4G

I am customer of Reliance netconnect since last six years. My Dongle number 9326658811 But since when they upgraded it to 4G, I am really upset with their services. My connection is being disconnected so many times without any reason. on 15th July, 18th July & on 27th July some customer care representative told me that it was disconnectd due to non payment but my payment due date was 28th July. If you see my record of last 6 years, my monthly payment was never delayed. I had visited to reliance store many times in my working hours, sent several mails including their appeal authority division, talked to customer care executives but unfortunately nobody is interested to resolve it. It is really irritating and big headache & harassment for me. Myself and my family is very much disturbed due to this. Please look into this.
