i had not sent any message for activation of my international data roaming on the vodafone 3g number "9821068987"

however a huge quantum of data got downloaded in a matter of few mins on 27/05/2016. with my knowledge. for this alone ive been charged 22000/+

they claim the service of int roaming was active since may2014. i was not made aware of this on my previous trip to dubai in april.

further my credit limt with the company is 16000/- then why did they let the bill inflate to 28000/=

they further disconnected my services without any notice and that caused me great inconvienice as this number is linked to my banks n polices etc.

i am a practising dentist and my patients have this number since 1999.
