Regarding Bill complain against Idea cellular outstanding amount against my mobile

I paid my bill on 19th March 2016 for saying as outstanding amount against my mobile no. 9130023651/2/3/4. They do not allow us to stop the srvice till we dont pay the bill. But in October I applied to stop the service but they stoped after 1 month and charged me for that month. After 2-3 months again they charged me for not paying due amount. Again I paid without asking for what. Now they sent me legal notice in march to pay 313/- against my mobile no. 9130023651/2/3/4. And anagin after one month sent me notice for same no. But I paid my mobile bill up to 3000/- to 4000/- when I purchased the card. Now I want to complain against Idea cellular for giving me mental stress and harashment.
