I am nextra internet consumer since a long time. Usually they had issues in the serives, but since 04-sep-2018 there services are not working, I had looged a complaints for 4-Sep, 7-Sep, 9-Sep, 12-Sep, 16-Sep, 18-Sep, 23-Sep, 24-Sep, 25-Sep, I also have email proof for the same.

Nextra is not able to provide serives in my area. Now when I ask Nextra to return my money, they refused to do that and also not able to fix the problem.

I had paid Rs 2071 in advance to nextra. I would like to surrender the Nextra connection and also alo want my money back.

Any help regards to this will be highly appreciated. I can provide all documentory proof related to their bad services and complaints. Even they dont respond before 3-4 calls/email, sometimes they even dont respond againt a complaint.
