It was clearly mentioned that my account was not in use from 30-45 days and I called the customer care and asked them if the account has any remaining balance to be made, they categorically told me that there are no dues and I can recharge my account and the services will be resumed shortly(CHECK IVR everything would be recorded) but after I made the payment for this month your internet services lasted only for a day and it was stopped! No email, call or message was sent from your end for this interruption and I had to make multiple calls to the customer care for understanding the issue. And again you guys are back on the same point that payment has not been done.I have made many calls to the service provider and sent Emails but did not get any satisfactory response from their end. Hence, I need your help to close my issue at the earliest.
