Hi,
I am using tata photon max 3g wifi dongle. Although the speed mentioned in the advertisements and website are 21.1 Mbps, I was promised a speed of atleast 1-2 MBps, but i am getting a max speed of 250 KBps from a so called 3G dongle. I have registered the same complaint several times with the company, but in vein. The 3G signals are full in my area still such pathetic speed. If it doesnt work here, i will move to consumer court and file a complaint. The dongle number is 7696020924. I have been facing the same issue from the time i bought this dongle. i.e. from the last year or so. Paying an amount of 1430/month for such rubbish service.
