Complaint against Reliance broadband services havent activated the internet and landline

I am now very much annoyed from your Reliance broadband services now.

Some one from Reliance came to my place and took the installation fee and one month advance from me. After 2 days from taking the money from me. One guy came to my house and installed modem and said it will start working after 2 hours. But after 2-4 hours when I checked, it was not working so I called Reliance that it is not yet activated. They said, with in 2 days the services will be activated.

Since then Its been more than 1 week, the internet and the landline both are not activated. I am calling from past 4-5 days continuously to the person to whom I have handed-over the money, but he is not answering my calls and when I am calling him from another number after picking up my call, he is dis-connecting it.

When I said him that, I do not want their services and tell me what is the procedure to dis-connect it.. he said, If you want to dis-connect it call reliance, stop bothering me. In this I have registered my complaint on your tollfree number also on 30th Sept and they said, the issue will be resolved with in 24 hours. But now its more than 120 hours(5 days) but the issue is still not resolved.
