Spectranet providers are not reliable. Their services are awful, it is really wasting our time, money and energy if we opt for this Spectranet. We “Shrustii Multicultural Centre” used the spectranet services for 2 months and then disconnected due to their pathetic services. We are contacting them for the refund of our security deposit of 5000Rs since last October 2017. They just provided Service Request (SR) SR17111079013. We haven’t heard from them in spite of several e-mails and telephone calls. Till now they did not process our refund. Literally this organization is a biggest fraud which we have ever seen and so frustrating.
