Dear Sir,
I Mrs.Jalpa Amit Dave sister of Late. Drishti Krishnakant Shukla, have submitted all the required documents to the Dena bank to claim the insurance money under Pradhan Mantri jeevan bima yojana on 13.12.2018. Despite of several followups with the bank it is being said that the things are pending at the insurance company's end.
I would request you to take thing on priority basis and do the needful at the earliest.
