I have made an advance payment towards Tikona for the internet bill of September 2018 of Rs. 885. But as our residential building is being demolished we have to shift to some other place where Tikona is unable to provide me with internet service. I raised the shifting request on 29th Aug 2018 but still they are not giving the resolution. I made a termination request and my account is terminated but I have not received the refund of advance bill payment for this month. As per their customer care executive and F&F email they are not going to refund the same as this is against their company rule. I want the full refund for September 2018 as well as compensation for the mental and physical harassment I am going through. Thanks.
