After so many mails and calls to Hathway Broadband Network, Pune I approaching consumer court

I have asked Nodal and Appellate to intervene about my problem but there is no response at all. I have got no conclusive reply from them.

My Account no is 1109793800

I have suffered a lot and I have paid 13000/-(for 1 year) and whenever broadband was offline I have paid through my pocket for an internet, I have called customer support for so many times.

All I want is my whole money back and compensation for which I have suffered during my 5 months time with Hathway

Please give me justice, I have high hopes from Consumer Court.
