Tikona service request : 1-4902526167

24th August reported to Tikona by mail that for past 2 month net is not working properly frequent log out and session terminates quyickly / for long session also 1MB data transfer

asked for service no reponse

again mail sent on 7th september
finally got service ID 1-4902526167

September mid got phone call of engineer that he will come on saturday upcoming but no one came

later I get Tikona mail that engineer visit is done and problem solved ! but no engineer came send mail to tikona about fake service request completion by them but no response from tikna

7 emails sent on service issues and fake service call but no reply they are just asking money but system didn,t work well
