Very very poor speed and service and fraud for repayment of money

I have taken net connection on 21st july 2017 at night apprx. 9:30. from very next date I started facing problem and I told to Sales person, He told me to wait at-least one day speed will be proper after a day. after that 2nd day he didn't picked my call and after many time calling to Complaint number of Tikon They only tell to arrange engineer visit but only 1 engineer visit I got but that person also not resolve my problem and I taken new connection of other net provider within 5 days of very frustrated and very worst experience with tikona broadband. Now I want my payment back but customer care executives are telling that amount will not going to refund.
