I have applied for new internet connection and paid Rs. 7647 on 18-May-2017 but due no non-feasibility at my location company couldn't do installation or provide me internet connection hence I have applied for refund but till date I haven't received my refund yet. I have kept on sending mails to them and call to customer care, everytime I got an answer that I will be issued cheque of refund within one week but till date no revert on mail or not received my refund back.
