Dear all
I have been using reliance data card services for which I had paid advance rental for 1 year and the same was valid till 7th Aug 2016 but a bill was generated on 4th Aug for rs 1735 and I was unable to use services since 23rd July 2016 and I was given the reason that u need to upgrade to4g and same plan will continue but they levied charges and had given request for cancellation but that did not happen.
I had been mailing and forwarding mails to appellate authority but I did not receive any reply till date
