Dear Sir,
I am customer of MTNL Mumbai since 1999 my telephone number is 28386505 and I have stopped using landline on 2012 but before six months I received a notice that my account is terminated and closed but to this notice I have replied tha, I want to this landline use as I am using this number for my business purpose also, after payment of charges the same was commenced but for first month I have received bill of Rs 3000 and after that for second month I received a bill of Rs 13000 in addition and now it is totally 16000 something, the telephonr account officer at darpan cenema telephone exchange told me that your plan is such that the bill is that much but I just want o know that at the time of starting the disconnected connection after five years they should have told me about the new plan for my use insted of laying dawn outdated plan i.e.DSL300 something. My complaint is that as a mtnl brodband service provider they should have suggested me as I was unknown about the plan so that this wouldn't have happened, I am also using brodband of mtnl at 28364357 number and there I am receiving Rs 900 to 1100 bill for a month for using 2 times more use of the same. please do the needful to reduce the same to a considerable bill so that I can use the Broadband service of mtnl at 28386505 landline.
