I am done insurance with one assist general insurance company .as per company say he give alternate handset during repair hand set.but when i ask for it company say this facility not for your handset?then m say please give me my phone as soon as possible i have no other handset .but company always harass me with procedure he always give me cause .you not submit that documents etc etc.i submit claim last 22 Oct and submit all documents with in 2 days. but till yet they want documents from me. after month company say we are settle your claim with rs 4800. for it you need sent again your documents again by courier. i think its again one month procedure. so i want solution via you sir. please help end do some better .when i say to company i want my unpaired phone company ready for it in just 2 hour.what is that?.sir i am belongs with middle class family and i am insure my phone cause i cant bye phone every time now i realize phone insurance just for insurance company revenue its not real ..i spent month without phone.i am working with automobile company as customer relation department.i need phone every time .please understand my situation and help me.i just want my phone without harassment i can pay rest amount how much cost of repair .my detail with one assist is Customer ID: 957510.Membership ID: 1000641133.Sr.No. : 1616070.insurance company One Assist Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd. i have all mail from me and reply by one assist for prove company not want solution it only want customer suffer only and at last customer forget he have insurance.sir please i want my solution soon.
please suggest what i do against this ?.almost three month go but still my claim not settle.m all documents submit see previous mail already. company say now courier these documents?.its too much harassment. please help me about this issue. please sir do something .they are not responce my any mail .please help
