I have apply for insurance claim in appsdaily.in where their staffs are making fool of customer by giving wrong suggestions.Sometimes they ask for date & time should be mention in the written copy of application for FIR along with original copy of FIR to tally with.
And sometimes they ask for SHO's No of assigned FIR of police station which is against the rules of police station.
