I have a samsung galaxy edge s6plus which was insured by SYSKA GADGET SECURE .
The screen got damaged while I was making a call in september this year.
I filed a claim.It was approved after numerous emails and now after submitting all the documents online,still I have called customer care so many times but nothing has happened.

    would like to inform u it's very poor service given by ur department.It has been since last 6 months my phone Samsung s6 edge plus is there for screen repair and could not get it bck. 

    Everytime we are going to ludhiana service station we r informed"we will soon do it bt "????since last 4 months they are committing fr CHEQUE bt den finally nothing has been done we have neither got CHEQUE NOR PHONE
