Theft battery of TATA Ace

Dear Sir,
I have insurance policy give by icici lombard , policy no. 3003/TM-00353704/00/000 Dated 31.12.2016
Now theft my battery of TATA Ace and i did complaint to ICICI Lombard Complaint No. MOT05370031 Dated 7.3.2016
But their survey manager said that battery not covered by insurance co.
So pleae help me.
