I am extremely sorry to inform you regarding theft of my new car (Chevrolet Beat) Registration No. UCG0065190 has stolen on 05/08/2015. Immediately, Coy of FIR and FR received
by us accepted by court and all relevant documents whatever desire by investigator
(Mr. Nitin Saxena (M- 9643823167) were submitted to him and despite of it all our completion
formalities the insurance company (ICICI LOMBARD) rejected our claim. The rejection letter of
company enclosed for your perusal. Further I made a request by letter No. 2015090400347 And
clarified that my car was very much registered by RTO Ghaziabad and temporary No. UCG0065190
given by Dealer (Shiva Motors Noida). Letter of RTO is enclosed for your kind perusal. I am getting
harassment from insurance company (ICICI LOMBARD). And I am not getting any reply against my mail
01/12/2015 to till date.
Sir, In view of the above, you are requested to kindly, intervene your good self in the captioned
Claim and I am confident I will get justice for my genuine theft claim.
I am enclosing copy of cover note, Copy of FIR, Copy of FR duly accepted by court, Letter of temporary
registration of car by RTO Ghaziabad,
