Servicing problem with videocon d2h, some signaling problem related issue and a lady registered a co

respected sir/madam
This is with regards to the videocon D2H ,customer id - 71931757, registered name -Sibsaran Chatterjee. Two days before (3/8/16 )evening i called up to the videocon customer care for some signaling problem related issue and a lady registered a compliant as 619023964 id number and promising me for solving problem max 24 hours.But till now the problem did not recovered .Engineer visit our house without any equipment,just say its a set top box damage problem.but before 1 yr we already change our set top box and that time they provided us a new set top box and say its lasting minimum 3 years ..after that we call again and again to the engineer and customer care but they did not caring about our problem .engineer said to me that he already informed to his higher authority but thay did not follow up the matter seriously.

Besides that videocon customer care did not send masages as example which pack is currently activate on your service was suddenly change its price without any informed ...in fact they did not talk to a proper way ..

I just requested you sir please take a step against this type of worst services which they are provided not only me but also maximum customer
