I requested reinstallation of my videocon dth Customer ID 79809693 at 18.38 hrs on 15.04.2018 and request number is 579128183.

Till 14.00 hrs on 16.04.2018, there has been no response from Videocon to reinstall my DTH and whenever I am calling them, they are giving me misleading information about the reinstallation.

I would like to bring this to notice for consumer harassment and request you to resolve the same.
