I, Anindya Basu (Customer ID 3012000873) sent an SMS REM MS to 54325 to remove Mega Sports add-on pack (Rs.130 per month) from my account which has base pack Value Prime Kids (Rs. 299 per month). I received this stupid SMS - Request received to add MS on your Airtel DigitalTV ID 3012000873. The same will be processed shortly. I also mailed digitaltv@airtel.in to remove Mega Sports add-on pack from my account. Airtel has not taken any action. As a result, Rs. 14.30 is deducted daily from my account balance instead of Rs. 9.97.
