I SUBSCRIBED TO VIDEOCON D2H USB RECORDING,
I USED MY PENDRIVE IN USB RECORDING, AND WHEN I PLUG OUT THE DRIVE AND USE IT IN ANY COMPUTER IT ONLY SHOWS FORMAT OPTION AND WHEN GETS FORMATTED THE 8 GB DRIVE SHRINKS TO 148MB. EVEN THE D2H CUSTOMER CARE HAS NO IDEA ABOUT IT. MY TWO 8 GB PENDRIVE GOT SHRUNK TO 148MB.

THERE IS NOTHING MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE EITHER THE CUSTOMER CARE INFORMS ABOUT IT.

I want to recorded videos my stb.my stb download id 30.i will complaint custmare care they are already installed software but the usb options not show my setting.they will take complaint charges 200rs but just single move in remote.any body know that plz reply and show settings
