Dear Sir/Madam,


I have recharged my d2h account with Rs 400/- on 27th March 2018 via auto pay function of my HDFC Credit Card 9114 but no recharge was effected in my subscriber account(Subscriber id : 22918459. I have already made repeated complaints over the phone and via mail, but till date no resolution has been made. I have also spoken with the Bank authorities regarding the same and they told me that the amount has been correctly debited and transferred to the Videocon D2h account. The nodal officer also did not acknowledge my complaint.
