Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that I'm Partha Pratim Dey (Videocon d2h customer id - 122815335) using Videocon D2H connection for long time.
Every time during recharge I'm facing a problem that I cannot remove the AddOn channels through online, and for this I've to call customer care.
Though someone can recharge existing package through online, even can upgrade/downgrade the package through online and moreover add multiple AddOn channels through online but s/he never be able to remove any AddOn channels through online.
This is complete cheating from D2H by deliberately not providing this option over online. To do this someone has to call customer care every time which may not be feasible always due to his/her busyness/customer care phone line is busy but this could be much more easier to do over online and by this way D2H is delaying the deactivating process and deducting additional money from customer account.
My question, if we can add any AddOn channel service through online why not the same option will be available from online to remove/deactivate?
Why should I have to call customer care every time? Is it not something fishy?
Whenever I did complaint against this they are telling it is a company policy. I would say it is a fraud policy to cheat the customer.
Hence, I would request you to take a look into this matter will be highly obliged if you kindly do the needful.

I have recharged 400 Rs, 2 weeks before, till then its showing no signal / service. My complain escalated multiple times, but its unresolved. I want resolution immediately. No engineer visited or even called from last 2 weeks . No more escalation, Pls refund my 400 Rs & I will deactivate my D2H service (The worst service I have ever seen & the call support is absolutely useless). Govt should cancel ur company license. I will escalate in every possible social media. Cust id - 119827836.
