Non refund money complain Videocon d2h, I have a Videocon d2h connection (account no. 115505205)

I have a Videocon d2h connection (account no. 115505205), on 26.05.2018 I have recharge my account by Rs. 305/- through my SBI net banking via VIDEOCON d2h merchant ( AVENUE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED), but the said amount neither credited to my Videocon d2h account nor refund to my SBI savings account. Accordingly I had lodged a complain to SBI, in response of which they have informed me that " Videocon d2h marchant has confirmed that transaction 107376505979 has been successful and settled on 26 May 2018." Then I have called videocon d2h customer care on 31.05.2018 , they have informed me that the said amount has not been credited to my Videocon d2h account and accordingly instruction has been given to refunded the said amount to my savings account, but till date the said amount has not been credited to my savings account.
Furthermore AVENUE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED has informed vide email that The transaction for the order number 1155052051527343619 (107376505979) for INR 305.00 has been successfully processed through CCAvenue and forwarded to www.videocond2h.com. I have inform these several times to Videocon d2h customer care, Nodal Office , but till date neither any action to refund the said amount nor any response from their end I have got.
