I have booked a complaint for 'NO SIGNAL' on 23rd April,2018 at about 7 pm.
My complaint number is 14HMXHQ0. My Tata sky id : 1201624994.
They said that within 24 hrs my complaint will be adressed and a technician will contact me.
But after 24 hrs, NO technician contacted me. I have inquired over your helpline 4 times today. But of no avail.
Please look into the mateer urgently.
