Respected Sir,

With heavy heart I Shri Sumit Kumar Manna, residing at 23, Avenue South, Santoshpur, Kolkata 700075 is a subscriber of Videocon d2h since long.

Recently I have observed that videocon d2h group's public grievance system is nill. They are not entertaining email query through their customercare@d2h.com. I faced a huge hurdles and problem while cancelling once subscribed ADDON HD HINDI ENTERTAINMENT CHANNEL in May 2018.
I emailed thrice and telephonic conversation at least 5 times to cancel this ADDON. But nothing has happened. And at last on 21 MAY 2018 I spent around Rs. 110/- and telephonic conversation at least 1 hour to cancel this ADDON.

Today I faced another problem while checking my balance.
On 30.05.2018 I recharged my account (Customer ID: 60231934) with Rs. 301/- That day my balance was rs. 335.04 (after deducting the due amount for 30.05.2018). The total deduction for my subscription is Rs. 7.95 per day. So as per this system the total deduction for 2 days (i.e. on 31.5 and 01.06) will be Rs. 15.9. So my total balance should be Rs. 319.14 on 01.06.2018 after deducting all charges upto 01.06.2018.
But with a utter surprise I have seen that my balance has come to Rs. 287.46. So without any reason videocon d2h group fraudulently has cut Rs. 31.68.
I have raised this issue to the customer care group today (01.06.2018) at 06.35 AM but twice the customer care executive has deliberately has cancelled my conversation and by my luck the third executive has transferred my call to one supervisor named "Debabrata". I talked around one hour.

He listened my objection against my voice towards fraudulent activity towards my balance change. But he cannot solve my problem. But he gave me complain no. (593042637 at 07.13 AM) and assured me that my problem would be solved by 11.00 AM but now it 4.10 PM I have not received any call from videocon group nor my balance has changed.

I have got enough pain by constant ill treatment by the videocon d2h customer care executive.
Luckily I check my balance today. May be this thing of fraudulent activity towards balance is going on since long.

Herewith I am complaining against this type fraud activity by the videocon d2h group and demand a suitable reason for my balance mismatch and also demanding that my balance should be restored after cutting legitimate cost.

I am herewith appealing all your kind concern towards customer grievance and raise a point that a heavy penalty may be put on videocon d2h group for their fraud activity like this as I mentioned.

    Without my request/approval, 2 chanells were activitated in my account for almost a year, I was accidentally going over my account details and found these 2 channels were added to my account without my approval.

    Chanel Names are
    1)Idabat
    2)Dance Channel{Dont remember the exact Name}

    After calling, they have cancelled these channels but failed to give me any proof of why these chanells were added in the first place. When I checked with them they said they are there in the account for approximately 1 year. So I have been duped for almost a year now. I have completely lost confidence in the customer support, they gave me a nodal officer number to address the Issue, the respective person has already quit the job and has failed to address my concern.

    If this can happen to me, I feel the same has happened to multiple customers. Hope they stop this as it is unethical and Company will not survive for a long term with this mode of operation.
