I have recharged 400 Rs, 2 weeks before, till then its showing no signal / service. My complain escalated multiple times, but its unresolved. I want resolution immediately. No engineer visited or even called from last 2 weeks . No more escalation, Pls refund my 400 Rs & I will deactivate my D2H service (The worst service I have ever seen & the call support is absolutely useless). Govt should cancel ur company license. I will escalate in every possible social media. Cust id - 119827836.

Hi There,
My videocon d2h stopped working since 19th April and they confirmed that engeniar will visit within 24 hrs. And today is 8gh May still no sign of any engineer. I have called them am most 30 times since 19th April and all they saying is, "sorry sir we have issued a complaint for it and will try to solve as soon as possible." Each time I call they say same. It's really frustrating listen same rubbish thing again and again. Plus whenever I ask for their name who I am speaking to they say they can't provide this details. It's very strange that they do not even tell their name for any future reference.
Each time they took the complain have sent a text message with date and time when tjis problem will solve. But they have failed their own given time almost 15 times.
They should credit back all amount that has been debited since 19th April becsuse they are not providing the service which they should plus they are harassing me and waiting my time. Each day they confirmed the date and time I took leave from office so that I can be at home and get this problem sorted but they failed to come each time and I wasted my time and money by not going office. Their customer care people are useless and even was laughing at me after listing my all problems today. I find it very straight that they laugh after listening all my problem but can not send the engineer to solve the problem. What kind if service they are providing? My balance in D2h is 4k+ and they are deducting money from it everyday without providing any service.
Please confirm what action should i take against of this "videocon d2h service". I will go any far to give them a lesson.

I had lodged a complaint to the customer care call centre on Sunday the 21st of July as the Videocon Rh remote stopped working all of a sudden & I can't be at home everyday as I have to go to work from morning to night & since 3 days they are just saying yes, tomorrow the e gineer will come, & nno call, neither any message from the engineer & its just next day, next day & do on, even after calling their number no solution given,
I'm very very frustrated for their bad response .
I want a quick solution by today because again tomorrow I'm not there at home as I have to go to work.
Please do the needful by today itself.
