I want to complain about SpiDiGo broadband.I took connection on 5th march 2016 and they done all connection and other work on that day.After few days internet stop working. I have complained many times through phone emails and have all proof and even after complaining it doesn't work and have to restart modem all the time. They were good on day one while connection but after paying for 6 month they do not bother about my complain. This is worst company, taking money in advance and then does not provide internet and even not solving problems. There engineer came to solve the problem and on that day it works don't know what they do with there phone.But after he go away it stop working again and complain has been done again for the same. I have also gone office to claim refund for the money I paid as it's not working but they said they don't have any rules of refunding even if they provide facility or not. This company is just taking advance money and don't provide facility.
