bought Reliance broadband connection on 19/9/2016. I did complain so many times but still after installation my internet is not working till date(/10/2016). That's why I want to cancel my connection and which amount i paid (8700/- Rs for one year plan for 2Mbps Unlimited Speed by cheque No. 209712 favored of ' Reliance Web Store LTD A/C RIS ) want back.I wrote email about this problem to customer care but they close my complains without any action close. I send my detail below.

Regarding this I wrote mail in consumar
cdrcgujaratstate@gmail.com three times but still not getting any answer from both side. I got call from reliance that your due amount is 8700/- and you pay this bill. But how it's possible.
