I, YAGNESH D. TANK, am a broadband customer of "Ishan Netsol Pvt. Ltd."(Ph. No. 9909047426), register mobile number
9662154766 and i am very much irritated and frustrated with the service provided by ishan due to
their unprofessional approach. I need to call the customer care helpline more than 10 times
in a month for no internet connectivity and need to wait for 10 to 12 hours for internet access.
There was no intimation received for a single time for connectivity issue and that causes
a big trouble every time. I have paid for this broadband connection for 6 month in advance
and from the very beginning I am facing this problem.
I need to pay to my mobile network provider for internet every month as I can not rely
on ISHAN. Customer care executives are not able to do anything but lodge a complaint
and giving a false assurance that the problem will be resolved permanently.
If they are not able to provide permanent solution then they should refund my money and
pay for all the troubles caused to me by them.

    Hello,

    My WiFi connection is not working since last 4 days and complaint round about 7 times at Ishan Netsol Rajkot Office their landline number is 02816647426 which is given by their technical assistant who is looking in Bharuch area for trouble shooting Occurs in connection. I am nopt getting proper response from their Rajkot Office they only lodge complaints but dont take serious action aginst complain as our whole work depends on internet and it is really important for us as we are running company .
