Bad service and rude tellycallers at very first day of internet pack with AIRCEL

Yesterday i got new connection from AIRLINK... They startd the internet by didnt locked my wifi with password, i worked with hathway too but thy always lock wifi with password and give us username and password, but this company have set my wifi to open network... And when i call them to send techinician to secure my wifi with password, thy rejected my complain saying that this is not thr work to set password, and told me the procedure and in this procedure i came to know that technician have kept some password and thats why i am unable to open page and reset password, now who will resolve this problem,???
And when i call at customer care i find alot of rude people on other end.... Thy are nt ready to respond properly and dnt even tell their names when i ask them and cut calls....
