GTPL internet connection lost from 4 days but not taken any action from GTPL

Hello sir,

i have GTPL connection.i lost my connection before 4 days(18-6-2016)to(continue). I create ticket online at 22/06/2016 07:49:34 from online ticket no is 1372693 and after that at evening again create ticket at customer care at 22/06/2016 16:52:35 from online no is 1374757.Till my issue is not solved. I waste my money to this f rode company.Again and Again gives me promises that please wait your issue will be shortly solved in few hours. But still not solved my issue. I have my own business so must required internet.please take action at this f rode company.

please as soon as possible solved my issue.
