i have problem with connection of internet from last 10-15 days. i called many more time to customer care but i didnt get any response from there. so i am again request them to comply with my problem. kindly take step for it.

    my net is not working since last half and month every two or three days I have to do A complaint for net is not working. Every time giving a new excuse from your side. On Saturday they told me we are directly plugged in cable in your PC unstated of my router because my router is not working. But after that problem is as it is. Today Again I complaint to your customer care but they are not giving me time limit to solve my problem . You can check my audio recording. If you can not solve problem . So you are fail to provide a service to your customer. In that case you give my money back or solve the problem of connection. Or I have only one option to go at consumer forum court.
