Bad service in week 3 4 days internet is not working

I am prepaid customers of GTPL BROADBAND pvt ltd. with use ID kbj1112_adi. I had buy the connection in January 2016 I had paid Advance Rs 4820 for 6 month of interest service with the speed of 1MBPS. There is problem in connection stability its work for some days after i complain after then it stop working for some days same problem is going on from the date of connections. so know i am apset from this all i need my money back which i paid advance and need to surrender my connection due to the dad service by the provider
