Not delivered but showing as delivered

Hello sir /Madam,
I have placed an order with registered number containing four items listed as roadster/ the souled store / the aayu and the dressberry on 10th of December with online payment of Rs 2009/- .
Unfortunately the next day my son met with an accident and had to undergo a major surgery  on his left femur. During this period we lost the mobile from which we had booked the products.However,we reached myntra on 14th december with my number below is the attachment ) and had update to change the number as delivery man will not be able to reach us with the registered number .the customer executive said if the product is not delivered the amount will be refunded.
Recently we have claimed a duplicate sim and tried checking it is showing as product delivered but we have not received the product.i tried contacting customer care many times they are saying i should have reached within 5 days.

  Since we have lost the registered number we were unable to even check our account and more importantly we were worried about my child then anything else due to his accident and had no time to check anything .  

I have asked the escalation team of myntra for proof of delivery but went unheard. I feel duped by the delivery guy or myntra it's disheartening to be treated in such a manner.
Hence I kindly request the concerned authority to have the amount refunded or the product delivered.
