I'm kalaivani, I had order parcel from one of chennai online store, the address I had updated in the portal took it up automatically, but the landmark is clearly mentioned and provided 2 contact numbers,
The delivery person called and asked me to redirect to the home address, I was so patient to redirect him to my address the delivery person starting yelling stating you people don't provide the correct address and now we are the one's facing the consequences etc and starting using abusive language in Kannada, he even came to my address which is so close to the highway which other delivery executives directly comes to the address and doesn't question so much, this is a very serious complaint as the delivery partner used abusive words came inside the locality and still shouting loudly, please take necessary action, it was extremely pathetic experience with Franch express
