Even after 15days of booking , not received the gas refilled cylinder

I myself bearing Consumer care No. 7045412804; had booked the cylinder on 10/03/2021 and till today i have not received the cylinder .

If we call to agency , he is not responding properly. Am not able to get why there is so much delay in delivering the cylinder. Its surprising that we should wait for 15days for delivery.
And more over we should keep on calling to agency and plead them to delivery as if we are taking cylinder on free of cost.

Please provide the Owner or main inchrage number to speak with him regarding the issue or resolve at the earliest.
