DTDC has not delivered my product and showed in tracking that it is delivered

My Tracking number is K53601895. I had sent the courier on 18th Jan 2022 from DTDC office at Kalipark, Rajarhaat, Kolkata to Bangalore. On Tracking it is showing that it was delivered on 21st Jan at 6:34Pm. This is incorrect. The package was not delivered, neither the delivery boy called us for directions. It also showed that they tried to deliver on 20th but the door was locked. Even this is false information. The delivery boy did not call or deliver on 20th but they updated false update. They had promised us that it will get delivered within 48hrs!!! And now it is missing!!!!!
