Cheated to deliver but did not- we are starving believing Bisleri

Hi,
It is sad to inform that I did not receive the order that I placed
I order was placed on 2nd and informed the order will be delivered the same day or the next day. But no luck
I called the deliver person by morning 10am he mentioned that he will deliver later(afternoon) but did not do, so called him again he mentioned he will deliver by evening but when I called him he mentioned that he will deliver by 8:10pm when call him agin as it was not delivered he said he will deliver and disconnected the call. He has not delivered till. So called him agin he mentioned that he will deliver by 10:10pm .
Still waiting, the worst delivery that I have come across.
I called the person close to 20 times he had no curtosy to pick the call and tell me can't. The worst person Bisleri why do you have these kind of people.

Dear nisar, Your Bisleri order no.BSLRE-001BA-323503 is out for delivery and will be serviced by delivery agent SHIVAKUMAR 9451 with mobile number 9740639677. OTP for the order is 124719.

Writing this with a great regrate worst ever person that I have come across( Bisleri should not have these kind or reps in the firm) I am surly going to write a loads in social media)
