customer support not providing resolution
I was patient to wait the entire 4 days of time sought by myntra, timeline passed, no resolution, no revert.

delivery executive number in snapshot to help investigate, and attached screenshot of ticket id.

please resolve, I am ok to take the product if myntra cannot refund, just deliver the product and stop wasting my time with the daily follow ups on IVR call, long wait time chats etc.
