Our Broad Band Connection has been disconnected and we made complaint on 15th March (complaint no. 244052641) but now they says that they have closed this complaint as we were not lifting the phone. They would have contacted us thru mail but they didnt and without our concern they closed the complaint. Since all Indians have a very bad experience from Reliance Mobile and Broadband services as they keep sending bills even though the connection is not working. Since Reliance is India's biggest Company and no one have courage to fight with them. Please help.
